Abstract
The article considers cognitive aspects of communicative practice in science that relate to scientific knowledge systematization and transfer. The idea of interactive domains is developed. Interactive domains register the conceptual matrix of information exchange in different forms of scientific practice. The authors identify specific features of cognitive exchange under the influence of intellectual fashion and multimedia space. The constructive role of epistemological attitude concerning case studies is emphasized when disciplinary knowledge creates a terminological barrier and background knowledge becomes essential in the scientific communication. The basic role of causal model in the construction of modern scientific discourse is shown.

Abstract
The concept of “Responsible Research and Innovation” (RRI) is analyzed in the framework of Technology Assessment. The role of social regulators in the development and implementation of modern technologies is described. Clashes of interests, goals, and values occur in public debates devoted to models of technological future. To possibly resolve this conflict the authors analyze the concept of “responsibility” philosophically and methodologically (the category of responsibility is considered regarding its constitutive and regulatory principles). A concept of “open responsibility” is introduced to use ethical systems on the basis of up-to-date critical ontologies. Open responsibility is considered in the context of transdisciplinary approach. The transdisciplinary approach brings together philosophical, theoretical and practical aspects in the social matrix of responsible innovations.

Abstract
The study contributes to the development of the philosophy of education, which is a relatively young field of philosophical knowledge. The author aims to articulate more explicitly the educational potential of Derrida’s philosophy, considering the research done in Russia and abroad. The author’s teaching practice provided the empirical material for the study. In the analysis following the author shows that mass foreign language teaching practice is based on logocentrism, and the teacher acts as if he possesses the true knowledge of the accurate representation. The disadvantage of such practices is the lack of attention to language as a means of personal growth. Basing on such key concepts of Derrida’s philosophy as deconstruction, supplement and differance, the author comes to the conclusion that there exists a need for more active implementation of such a model of foreign language teaching within which the student acts as a subject of interpretations. This educational model based on the principle of interculturalism aims to disclose and create meanings, meeting the essential personal needs of self-understanding and self-expression in the process of learning.

Abstract
F. Bacon, like many other philosophers of the early modern era, highlighted the importance of artistic representation of his philosophical concepts. F. Bacon’s innovative ideas are revealed not only through actual philosophical narrative, but also through the interpretation of mythological and historical subjects, as well as through the complex symbolism of engravings adorning the title pages of the works of the English philosopher. The famous engraving on the frontispiece of F. Bacon's treatise "Instauratio Magna" (1620) expresses metaphorically the idea of science development project presented in this work. The article regards the symbolism of this engraving and its historical and philosophical contexts.

Abstract
The article analyzes the long-term impact of democratic institutions on socio-economic and political development of modern society. The author proves that the transitions to democracy in the twentieth century accelerated not only the pace of economic development, but also the processes of social polarization in society. Despite the positive impact of democratic institutions on economic development and political stability, democracy as a form of political rule cannot solve the problem of social inequality. The history of modern democracy shows that it reduces inequality levels only in certain cases, and in most cases social inequality increases both at the national and global levels.

Abstract
The article analyzes relations between Germany, the U.S. and NATO that are the basis of transatlantic links. After the Cold War finished and Germany reunited, Berlin has pursued a more independent foreign policy and has advocated NATO's transformation into a "balanced Euro-American alliance". Angela Merkel as a new head of the German government (since 2005) managed to considerably narrow differences in bilateral relations. German leaders seek to expand its political and economic influence in the world, which is only possible within the context of strengthening German-American relations and solidarity within the North Atlantic Alliance. Mutually beneficial economic relations and strong position of Germany in the EU increase the role of the country in the transatlantic relations.

Abstract
The article is dedicated to the research of PR specialists professional practices in the context of modern hostile information environment. The authors use the qualitative methods (semi-structured narrative interviews) and try to identify and analyze the main factors of job satisfaction or dissatisfaction of PR practitioners from Saint-Petersburg. The basic hypothesis about a strong connection between job satisfaction and visible, measurable results was confirmed by analyzing full-text interview transcripts. The hypothesis that the problems of long-term PR planning and the fact of being dependant on uncontrolled external factors are the main reasons of dissatisfaction, wasn’t proved. Only one fifth of informants indicated external factors to be the reason, meanwhile two thirds described internal factors, especially the problems of communication and interaction with the management and colleagues, who misunderstand the essence and specifics of PR activity.

Abstract
The authors analyzed the current state of the transport and tourist complex with guidelines outlined in the Strategy of tourism development until 2020. The transport system, according to many researchers, acts as a fundamental determinant of the tourist macro environment. The interdependence and economical impact of transport and tourism systems on tourism at the level of a cluster, а region, or a country, is obvious. In the future, according to experts, the mutual influence of transport system and the world tourism industry will only increase. Interaction between transport and tourism spheres gathers close attention of specialists of the corresponding industries, and in recent years the number of economists who contributed has grown. The analysis of a large number of publications on the subject has led to the conclusion that a number of issues remain at the discussion level. First of all, these are the features of the functioning of the tourist transport complex in relation to the public transport system, the problems of forming an organizational and economic mechanism that improves the efficiency of interaction between the tourism industry and the transport system, contributing to their mutual development in the modern world economy. This problem requires further, more detailed study of the functioning of all determinants (subsystems) that make up the transport and tourist complex. Scientific works in tourism economy, economy and transport management, as well as statistical data on tourist transportations, form theoretical, methodological and informational basis of the research.

Abstract
The rapid growth of offshore economy in the recent decade is a sign of insufficiency of international measures aimed at fighting capital drain to offshore jurisdictions. It is quite necessary to find relevant contemporary approach to deoffshorization of the global economy. The article provides an overview of the projects of global deoffshorization that are currently implemented (automatic tax information exchange, the global register of legal entities, OECD country-by-country reporting requirements), as well as the prospective projects (the global financial register, a unitary approach to TNC taxation). Positive and negative sides of each project together with their implementation prospects are estimated.

Abstract
It is typical for a vertically integrated corporate structure (VICS) that the results depend on the efficiency of all business enterprises, as they are linked technologically in one production process. Thus for VICSs which production capacities and technic development levels are aligned statistical modeling of production process parameters based on classic balance input-output model is provided. This allows to form a production process model to solve optimal planning problems with mathematical programming methods. It allowed to develop economic and mathematical models of VICS production program optimization, allowing to find bottlenecks and reserves to increase production. Thus, complex production process modeling is implemented both to solve tasks of optimal planning and to carry out economic analysis, which accomplishing allows to increase the effectiveness of VICS functioning and development.

Abstract
The article proves that there exists a need to expand car repair services market, based on the analysis of transport infrastructure development in the Russian economy. It reviews interpretations of the concept of competitiveness of an organization or goods and a comprehensive definition is suggested. Taking into account the specifics of its functioning on the regional market, the choice of Competitiveness Index indicators of the automobile repair service is provided. Three main groups of competitiveness indicators, which are "Service", "Marketing" and "Infrastructure", are highlighted. Methodical approaches to estimating the competitiveness of car-repair services are discussed. With the example of LLC Progress, the results of the approbation of the method proposed are provided. To increase competitiveness of the business enterprise in the short term, a range of organizational and technical measures is suggested.
