Culture pertaining to the humanities is associated with knowledge and exploration of human intellectual and spiritual phenomena that can help the further development of his personality and integration to the human community. Culture of personality pertaining to the humanities is not a static formation, it is formed and constantly renewed in a certain problem field of human activity. Culture pertaining to the humanities is included in the concept of professional culture ensuring its component pertaining to the humanities; professional culture constitutes one pertaining to the humanities as a set for creative and socially-responsible professional activity by a person.

The article considers how ideas of N. F. Fedorov about resuscitation and relocation of people to other planets, earthly- cosmic connections were concerned with similar considerations of K. E. Tsiolkovsky. The general development of the idea can be traced in discussions, private conversations of these persons, works and memories of Tsiolkovsky. The utopian ideas of their socio-anthropological program that have prognostic and scientific and technical basis are now relevant in environmental, moral, and economic aspects.

The paper focuses on sociological analysis of effectiveness of international courts and tribunals. The author evaluates international courts and tribunals as a particular group of international structures. Applying the sociological methodology the author makes a synthesis of criteria for the analysis of international courts’ effectiveness, highlights sociological criteria, and develops sociological methodology for the study of international courts and tribunals.

The article is devoted to the analytical potential of the "negative communication" concept in sociological and political studies. It is necessary to create a database of these costs and to establish baseline data for their calculation. In the article the technique of calculation of economic efficiency of investment projects of technical re-equipment is considered.
