Abstract
Modern aesthetics tends to create a «Grand theory» based on overcoming of postmodern irony and quest for a ground of new aesthetic problems. One aspect of this trend is the theory aesthetic experience. The article defines axioms and problems of aesthetic experience theory and their basic variants in contemporary aesthetic studies. The author of the paper argues that appealing to the axioms of aesthetic experience enables to put in question the status of aesthetic theory.

Abstract
An analysis of the essence of the philosophical views of E. Mach who tried to resolve the crisis in physics with a new approach to the interpretation of the original concepts of classical physics. The article considers in detail aspects of machismo ambivalence as a cognitive relation of a man to the world, the relationship between physical and mental from the point of view of knowledge goals and interests of the subject, the theory of sensory data, the approach to determining the source of knowledge, role and experience of duality, the problem of reliability of knowledge, the problem of equality or inequality of the objective world to the world view and Outlook, classification of types of thinking. It is noted that E. Mach pays little attention to methodological issues believing that scientific knowledge can be extracted and without any method, highlighting only one method - change method, and two main methodological requirements of science Mach believes economy thinking and the ideal of a «purely descriptive» science. Special attention is paid to the epistemology of mental and physical cognition in the concept of E. Mach and their ratio.

Abstract
On the issue of identification of components of the creative process, the author proposes to rely on notions and concepts asserting the deep relationship between communication and creativity. The communicative approach involves revealing of sub-processes involved in creativity by analyzing communication that takes place in the team, whose members are engaged in solving a creative problem. For the analysis of the artistic creative process it is proposed to use a model, major components (sub-processes) of which include problem statement, emotional activation, generating, objectification and evaluating. The paper describes the sub-processes of objectification and excitement in individual and team work of artists, as well as a role performed by communication in each sub-process. The evidence-based framework for the paper included the data gathered with a method of a semi-structured interview collected during the field research. Their object included four art communities that had brought together more than thirty artists in an urban environment who work in various genres of the contemporary art.

Abstract
Business culture diagnostics has an important practical meaning that makes theoretical research in this area a topical issue for corporate social engineering. Several researchers (E. Shayne, T. Solomanidina, A. Prigozhin et al) expressed an idea that reflection of business goals and personnel values is a foundation tool for business culture formation. Reflection elapses as a continuous self knowledge process, it is a way to implement and correct linkage between social, group or personal. It is a basis for developing unified ideas on senses and ways of cooperative activities, a core of corporate culture.

Abstract
This article identifies a list of support infrastructure of subjects of small and medium-sized enterprises, and proposes a model of support and development of small and medium-sized industrial enterprises in the Republic of Tajikistan. Based on these principles, basic directions of formation and development of infrastructure of support of small-sized industrial enterprises in the Khatlon province are proposed.
