THE CORPORATE CULTURE AS A MODERN MULTI-FACTOR PHENOMENON

Abstract

The corporate culture as a modern multi-factor phenomenon is considered by the example of the role of corporate culture in the new management system - human resources management system of the organization. ,4s the components of the system are highlighted and consistently considered HR-management, innovative HR management, HR-branding or employer brand, emotional management and corporate culture. It is shown that the corporate culture, as a new form of culture of the organization corresponding to the current level of social development in the new management system serves as the basis of its value, which determines the whole system of relations of administrative character, which are formed both in internal and in external environment of the company.
