3-11 483
Abstract
The scope of the study is the virtue of magnanimity that reveals not only a moral but also an epistemological dimension in the context of the history of philosophy. The paper analyzes the actualization of this virtue in the works of Aristotle, Descartes and Nietzsche, where it appears at the intersection of ethics and theory of knowledge, characterizing the pursuit of truth both in science and philosophy. The relevance of such a study of the concept of magnanimity correlates with the subjects and methods of contemporary virtue epistemology that emphasizes the role of values and virtues in cognition, as well as with the modern philosophical reflection of the foundations of science in general.

Abstract
The relationship between morality and law in the ethical system of VS Solovyov is considered. The meaning of the good as the highest, absolute value in the philosophy of absolute unity is revealed. Goodness is seen not only as a manifestation of absolute unity, but also as a mechanism for improving personality and the historical process itself in its pursuit of moral progress. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of Sofia as an ethical category reflecting the idea of the progressive transformation of the world and man, the dialectic of relative and absolute in morality. The foundations morals are based on are singled out, according to V. S. Solovyov: shame, pity, awe, and principles that serve as a means of achieving absolute good: asceticism, altruism, worship. Along with the good, the main ethical categories are considered: good, evil, freedom, purpose, conscience, justice, equality, etc. The analysis of law, legal relations and structures as a mechanism for the realization of spiritual and moral relations in society is given. The law is regarded as a regulator of personal freedom and common good, it rests on laws, their effectiveness is ensured by publicity, concreteness, applicability, separation of powers (legislative, judicial, executive) and subordination of supreme power. The state is regarded as the embodied right.

Abstract
A search for ways to overcome modern methodological crisis of humanitarian knowledge is one of the most urgent and pressing research challenges. Its solution, on one hand, must ensure the breakthrough of humanitaristics towards new clearly visible but still not yet developed boundaries. On the other hand, the crisis in question is so extensive that it seems there is no possibility to overcome it. The way out of the crisis to the post-crisis stage is found in a traditional way: by making a clear diagnosis. Clarification of it paradoxically allows us to find support for a methodological breakthrough in the very painful "nerve" of the crisis. Spiritual freedom of personality acquired in XX century is a notion included in textbooks but not yet incorporated into the framework of categories and concepts of modern methodology. Detailed analysis shows that this category specifically, concretized by a series of definitions, can change our perspective on the ways of overcoming the methodological crisis. In this context, the view on the Enlightenment, which methodological potential is far from being exhausted, changes significantly. Moreover, it is absolutely clear that humanity is facing the necessity and imminence of its new turn.

Abstract
In the article the intellectualized activity types, which we defined as creative and collaborative, are investigated. Not intellectualized type which is mainly characterized by willfulness is excluded in this case. The semantic volume of this typology is examined by some examples and the development of cultural events is claimed to follow the way of mechanistic constructs and further replacement of live energies with robotic objects which can finally replace contradictory and emotionally unstable human essence with quite unambiguous management processes and designing. That causes fierce resistance in the strategies of the life scenario which suggest moving in the opposite way and looking for answers not by means of modelling future, but by reconstructing the past. The analogy between cultural scenarios and physical processes which shows their theoretical isotropy is assumed.

Abstract
The paper contains analysis of Molyneux's question, one of the greatest problems of theory of perception. The problem can be put as, “Could a man born blind and once given the ability to see recognize how things known to him by touch look like?” The differences of Locke's, Berkeley's, Leibniz's and Reid's theoretical approaches to Molyneux’s question are shown. Locke and Berkeley answered the question negatively as for them experience is the only way to knowledge of things, and since the man born blind did not see things he could not know how they looked like. Leibniz gives an affirmative answer to Molyneux’s question as he assumes that we infer the idea of things through our understanding based on touch. Reid, like Locke and Berkeley, gives a negative answer because he thinks that through experience we become aware not only of visual and tactile properties of things but also about relation of different properties. Since man born blind did not have such an experience, Reid concludes, he cannot know how objects look like. Empirical studies mentioned in the paper cannot give the answer to the Molyneux’s problem either, because they can be interpreted in favour of each theoretical position. This problem should be solved by joining up philosophical and empirical approaches.

Abstract
Modern political sociology covers in detail the issues of formation of public opinion in the traditional media - TV, press, and radio. But the problem of direct influence of informational agencies on target audience remains fairly undeveloped. The role of information agencies in mass communication has undergone a number of changes over the previous two decades. The dynamics and nature of these changes are identified in the framework of this article. Thanks to the progress of science and technology, news agencies, bypassing the media, have become able to establish links with the end consumer of the news. Researchers are required to "reassemble links" of the classical communication model: the source of information - the message - the transmitting channel (news agency) - the information interpreter (media) - the recipients of the message (the audience).

Abstract
Business digitalization associated with the use of artificial intelligence algorithms, along with the emerging great opportunities in many areas of the national economy, is a far-reaching change with a number of negative consequences of a social and humanitarian nature. In terms of employment of population, it results in the disappearance of a number of traditional occupations, although it stimulates the growth of self-employment. In terms of education, digitalization poses a threat to culture as a tendency to narrow specialization. In terms of business communication, it triggers the growth of hoaxes in cyberspace. Solving these problems requires an integrated approach, involving joint efforts in the fields of employment of the population, higher education, and information and communication technologies.

Abstract
The study aims to conceptualize socio-economic and philosophical dimensions of organizational vandalism phenomenon. This made it possible to distinguish its outlines in the perspective of relevant social processes and to define organizational vandalism more specifically as some dynamic social and economic interaction within an organization. It is difficult to investigate organizational vandalism as subjects of acts of vandalism, as well as owners and managers, try not to spread such information about the organization and their actions in case of vandalism. However, managers and line staff do not deny that abstract vandalism harms the organization, but they cannot fully assess its alternative consequences. As a result, the organization cannot optimize efforts to prevent employees’ property abuse at the workplace. The identified trends in the case of small and medium-sized business in Ekaterinburg show additional possibilities for its socio-economic and philosophical comprehension and for defining practical prospects of risk assessement for an organization.
