The structure of the paper

 Authors are encouraged to adhere to the following paper structure:

- HEADER SECTION:

It should be remembered that many more people would read the title of the work than its main part.

  • Authors (the full name of the author (s) should be mentioned in the list.

authors' initial comes before surname, a full point and a word space are  after each initial; the initials do not come off the surname. If there are several authors the middle name is separated by commas) ;

  • Place of work of each author and the postal address of the organization.  If the authors belong to different organizations, their names should be listed after list of authors related to.
  •
  • paper title;
  •  annotation - 200–250 words characterizing the content of the paper;
  •  keywords - 5-7 words and / or phrases  reflecting the content of the paper, separated by commas;  at the end of the list, no full point is set;

- text of the paper;

- supplementary materials (if available);

- list of references (bibliographic list);

- copyright information.

ENGLISH PART (according to the order of arrangement and design corresponds to the Russian-language part of the paper):

  • Authors;
  • place of work of each author (Affiliation).  It is necessary to verify the correct (according to the charter of the organization) spelling of its name in English.  Translation of the name is possible only in the absence of an English name in the charter.  If the authors belong to different organizations, their names should be mentioned after list of authors related to.
  • Title;
  • annotation (Abstract);
  • keywords;
  • list of references (References).
  • copyright information.

Authorship and place in the list of authors is determined by agreement of the latter.  An alphabetical order is recommended.  If there are several authors, you should mention an author to contact.

The title of the paper should be informative, clearly reviewing its content in a few words.  A well-formulated title is a guarantee that the work will attract reader interest.  It should be remembered that many more people would read the title of the work than its main part.

The abstract is a brief description of the contents of the text.  It should explain relevance, statement of the problem, ways to solve it, results and conclusions. The content of the annotation is recommended to present in a structured form (Introduction, Methodology and sources, Results and discussion, Conclusion)

The abstract should not include references and footnotes, as well as specify sources used in the work, and retell the contents of individual paragraphs and specify numbers and formulas.

When writing annotations, it is necessary to use a special presentation style: please, avoid long and complex sentences, state thoughts as briefly and clearly as possible.  Use the present tense and a third party only.

In the Russian-language publication, Abstract is the main and, as a rule, the only source of information about the content and the research results for foreign readers.  Foreign specialists evaluate the publication and  determine their interest in the work of a Russian scientist. They can use it in their publication and make a link to it, open a discussion with the author, request the full text, etc. The text should be coherent and informative.  It is recommended to use Past Indefinite and Present Perfect Tenses when writing an annotation.

Recommended volume is  200-250 words

Keywords are a set of words that reflect the content of the text and research methods.  The recommended number of keywords / phrases is 5-7, the number of words inside the keyword phrase is maximum 3.

The text of the paper should be presented in a certain sequence: Introduction, Methodology and sources, Results and, Conclusion:

 Acknowledgments: gratitude to colleagues who assisted in the study or expressed critical comments about your paper.  However, before expressing gratitude, it is necessary to obtain the consent of those whom you plan to thank.

Source of financing - Cite all funding for your research, providing the grant number and the funder name. If there are no funding, you should specify: "Initiative work."

Ethical standards: a section is necessary to be mentioned, if experiments were conducted with the participation of animals or people.  See for more details:

http://pleiades.online/en/authors/guidlines/ethics-statements/

Conflict of interest - the authors declare no apparent and potential conflicts of interest related to the publication of this paper.  For example, "The authors declare no conflict of interest."  If a conflict of interest is possible, an explanation is necessary;  see http://pleiades.online/ru/authors/guidlines/ethics-statements/

The Information on authors contribution section is possible to be presented. Supplementary materials can be added, if they are available.

A bibliographic list  includes:

  • header “ LITERATURE LIST ”;
  • a bibliographic description of the source with the serial number of the link to it in the text of the paper, starting with the first one, made in accordance with GOST R 7.0.5–2008.

References in Harvard style for foreign databases are given in a separate block, duplicating the list of references in the Russian language part.  If there are references to foreign publications, they are duplicated in the list in the Roman alphabet.  In References, it is unacceptable to use the Russian GOST 7.0.5-2008.

The bibliographic list is presented with the transliteration of Russian-language sources to the Latin.  In this case, transliteration according to the BSI system is used (see http://ru.translit.net/?account=bsi).  Online assistant for bibliography formatting (only papers from newspapers or Journals) http://publishing-vak.ru/clearance-bibliography.htm

The paper should be submitted in Harvard citation style.

Information about authors includes the surname, name, patronymic (in full) of the author, academic degree (year of assignment), academic title (year of assignment), work position;  the number of scientific publications of the author is mentioned;  Research interests: (a few words, phrases);  e-mail;  contacts.
