Формирование постиндустриального общества обусловило трансформацию классовых общностей, результатом которой стало качественное изменение их социального состава и критериев дифференциации. Отличительной особенностью классовой структуры современного социума стала ее многокритериальность, требующая при идентификации классовых границ комплексного использования целого ряда признаков. К их числу относятся не только отношение к собственности, уровень доходов и потребления и характер труда, но и факторы доступа к информационным ресурсам, власти и контролю, профессиональному статусу, положению на рынке труда, уровню образования и др. На основе обобщения современных западных и отечественных социологических концепций представлено исследование социальных позиций классов постиндустриального общества и тенденций их развития.

The formation of post-industrial society has caused modification of socioeconomic parameters of classes and the criteria of their identification. Class structure of modern society is characterized by multicriteriality, and this necessitates using a number of indicators to identify the class borderlines. These include not just property relations, level of income and consumption, nature of work, but also access to information resources, elements of power and control, professional status, position in the labour market, level of education, etc. Basing on synthesis of modern sociological concepts, this article presents a research of social positions of classes and tends in their development in postindustrial society.
