Рассматривается феномен субрегиональности в Европейском союзе. В основе исследования - Вишеградская группа (V4) - региональное объединение четырех центрально-европейских государств: Чехии, Словакии, Венгрии и Польши. Данное объединение является примером феномена субрегиональности, интересного с точки зрения текущих обсуждений структурной целостности Европейского союза. Вишеградская группа постепенно проявляется как отдельный субрегион с самостоятельными национальными интересами и политической платформой, что указывает на специфику активности субрегиональных союзов в современных политико-экономических реалиях Европейского союза. Анализируются факторы, позволяющие рассматривать подобное сотрудничество как пример эффективного межгосударственного союза, в частности, позиции Вишеградской группы относительно ключевых проблем европейского региона. В перспективе подобные процессы способны привести к формированию качественно новой геополитической реальности.
The article describes the phenomenon of subregionality in the European Union. The Visegrad Group provides an example as a cultural and political alliance of four Central European states - the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia. This alliance is analyzed as an example of a subregional union. The phenomenon of subregionality is interesting as a background of the current discussions on the structural integrity of the European Union. The Visegrad group consistently develops as a separate subregion with independent national interests and its own political platform. This process indicates the specifics of the activity of subregional unions in the current political and economic realities of the European Union. All factors analyzed in the current article, particularly the position of the Visegrad Group concerning the key problems of the European region allow us to consider such cooperation as an example of an effective subregional union. Such processes in the long term may lead to forming new geopolitical reality.
